Let’s be honest, while screens are incredibly convenient, you might feel like you spend enough time looking at your devices.

For me, getting out in nature almost always boosts my mood! Sometimes a change of scenery is just what you need. Research also supports the benefits of being outside and moving your body in improving mood and mental well-being.

If you are local to Fort Worth, Texas, feel free to schedule a walk-and-talk session. We meet at a designated park in central Fort Worth to have our therapy session as we move our bodies and get some fresh air. If the weather decides not to cooperate, we will simply switch to a virtual session for that day. (However, if you’re down to brave the elements, I am game to sweat, bundle up, or even whip out my raincoat if you are!)
